B3 Fashion Studio – Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At B3 Fashion Studio, every garment is crafted and packed with utmost care. We want you to enjoy a smooth shopping experience with us, and while we do our best to maintain quality, there may be rare cases that need special attention. Please read our detailed policy below:




Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
  • To request a cancellation, email us at b3fashionstudio2010@gmail.com with the subject line “Order Cancellation” and include your order details.
  • Once approved, a Credit Note for the value of your cancelled order will be issued to your registered email address.
  • Please note: Cancellations requested after 24 hours will not be accepted, as processing would have already begun.



Returns & Exchanges

We accept return or exchange requests only under the following circumstances:

1. Damaged or Defective Product

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Please email b3fashionstudio2010@gmail.com with:
  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged product
  • Images of the courier packaging/box
  • Your invoice copy and order details
  • Requests raised after 24 hours will not be eligible, and the product will be considered accepted in good condition.

2. Incorrect Product Delivered

  • If you receive a product different from your order, kindly notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
  • Send an email with the product image, invoice, and order details to b3fashionstudio2010@gmail.com

3. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Products

  • Pre-ordered, customized, or altered products.
  • Sarees with fall, pico, or stitched blouses.
  • Lehengas and gowns.
  • Products with minor differences in color, embroidery, or fabric detailing due to photography lighting or screen resolution.
  • Orders delayed due to unavoidable circumstances such as festivals, holidays, or courier disruptions.



Conditions for Returns/Exchanges

  • Only products purchased through B3 Fashion Studio’s official website are eligible.
  • Products must be in original condition – unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
  • The returned product remains the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend using a trusted courier service with insurance.
  • Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer. For international returns, custom duties/taxes (if applicable) will also be the customer’s responsibility.
  • Once received, our quality team will conduct a thorough inspection. You will be notified via email whether your return/exchange request has been approved or declined.



Credit Note

  • If approved, a Credit Note equivalent to the product value will be issued and sent to your registered email.
  • Shipping charges paid during the original order are non-refundable.



How to Raise a Return/Exchange Request

To initiate a return or exchange, kindly email us at b3fashionstudio2010@gmail.com with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request”. Please include:

  • Order Number
  • Product Code
  • Invoice Copy
  • Reason for Return/Exchange
  • Clear Photos of the product

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will share the return shipping address. Please do not ship products without receiving prior confirmation from us.




 Note: B3 Fashion Studio reserves the right to accept or decline return/exchange requests based on product inspection and compliance with our policies.
