• Estimated delivery times serve as a guideline only and are calculated from the date of dispatch.
• B3 Fashion Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance at the destination.
• Once items have been dispatched, we are unable to reroute or redirect orders.
• All deliveries require a signature upon receipt to ensure safe and secure delivery.

INSURANCE

• B3 Fashion Studio insures each purchase during transit until it is delivered to you.
• A signature is required for any goods delivered, after which responsibility for the purchased items transfers to you.
• If you have specified a recipient other than yourself (for example, in case of a gift), then their signature (or that of anyone at the given address) will be treated as proof of delivery and completion of our responsibility.
