TERMS & CONDITIONS – B3 FASHION STUDIO
Welcome to B3 FASHION STUDIO. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all online purchases made through our website. By accessing and using our website or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. GENERAL
- B3 FASHION STUDIO reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice.
- Continued use of the website or placement of orders after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
- All communication, transactions, and agreements are carried out in English unless otherwise specified.
2. ELIGIBILITY
- Customers must be 18 years or older to shop independently.
- If you are under 18, purchases should be made under parental/guardian supervision.
- By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided (name, address, contact details, payment info) are accurate and complete.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION & REPRESENTATION
- We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, sizes, colors, and images are accurate.
- Slight variations in color, fabric texture, embroidery, print placement, or fit may occur due to:
- Digital screen differences.
- Natural variations in fabrics and handwork.
- These variations will not be considered defects.
- All products are sold subject to availability. In case an ordered product is unavailable after purchase, we will notify you within 48 hours and process a refund or suggest a replacement.
4. PRICING & PAYMENTS
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
- Prices are subject to change at our discretion without prior notice.
- Full payment must be received before dispatch of products.
- Accepted payment methods include debit/credit cards, UPI, wallets, and net banking through secure gateways.
- We also provide COD.
- B3 FASHION STUDIO is not responsible for delays or issues arising due to payment gateway errors.
5. ORDER PROCESSING & CONFIRMATION
- Once an order is placed, you will receive an acknowledgment email/SMS.
- Order acceptance and contract between customer and B3 FASHION STUDIO is confirmed only upon dispatch of products.
- We reserve the right to refuse/cancel orders due to:
- Stock unavailability.
- Pricing errors.
- Fraudulent/suspicious transactions.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
- Dispatch time: 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
- Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days depending on location.
- Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate addresses and contact details.
- We are not liable for delays due to courier service disruptions, natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen events.
7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
At B3 Fashion Studio, every piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. As most of our products are made-to-order, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to provide store credits in case of eligible returns or exchanges.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- Customized or made-to-measure products are not eligible for return or exchange.
STORE CREDITS
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, a store credit equivalent to the order value (excluding shipping charges) will be issued.
- Store credits will be shared via email and can be redeemed for future purchases on our website.
- Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
EXCHANGES
- Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
- If the requested size or product is unavailable, store credit will be provided instead.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery.
- In such cases, we will arrange for a replacement or issue store credits, as per your preference.
Our goal is to ensure you love your B3 Fashion Studio purchase. While we don’t offer refunds, our store credits give you the flexibility to shop again at your convenience.
8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
- B3 FASHION STUDIO reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of technical errors, stock unavailability, or fraudulent activity.
9. PROMOTIONS, OFFERS & COUPONS
- Discounts, offers, and promotional codes are valid only for the specified duration.
- Multiple offers cannot be combined unless explicitly mentioned.
- B3 FASHION STUDIO reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotions at its sole discretion.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All content on our website, including designs, logos, text, graphics, product images, and layouts, is the property of B3 FASHION STUDIO.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale of our products or designs is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- We are not responsible for:
- Delays or damages caused by third-party courier partners.
- Slight differences in product color/texture.
- Misuse or improper handling of products by the customer.
- Our maximum liability, under any circumstances, will be limited to the value of the product purchased.
12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
